UK Deliveries

Standard Lead time 14 Working days from Receipt of order and/or artwork.

Orders requiring delivery under 7 working days may incur an express surcharge, subject to prior agreement by both parties.

In all cases All Personal Gifts use quality double walled boxes and packing materials to help reduce the risk of damage.

Items are shipped via a courier service or Royal Mail. Shipping prices are subject to change without notice.

All goods are sold on Firm Sale and are not returnable

If goods have not been received within seven (7) days from date of despatch, written notification must be made to All Personal Gifts quoting all relevant details

No Claims for loss or damage can be accepted unless written notification is given to us within four (4) days of the receipt of goods.



International Orders and Orders Outside of the UK

All Personal Gifts are happy to work with customers outside of the UK.

Broker and Customs fee, duties, tariffs, etc. are not the responsibility of All Personal Gifts.

All Personal Gifts can determine these prices prior to shipping we will advise the client.

In the event an item is returned due to failure of the client to pay these fees they are not refundable.





Returns / Refunds

Refunds are given at the discretion of company management.

No Claims for loss or damage can be accepted unless written notification is given to us within four (4) days of the receipt of goods.

If you should find after inspection that the goods you receive are defected or damaged, please follow this procedure to return goods:

Please inform us within four (4) days of the delivery, giving us the following information
  • Your Name and Address
  • Your Order Number
  • The item that is damaged or defective
  • Details of any problems or damage


If you suspect that the damage may have been caused by the courier/postal service, then please keep the packaging for inspection.

We will then contact you and agree a resolution to the problem. This may be a refund, a replacement item, or any other mutually agreed resolution.

Where All Personal Gifts requests the return of an item, then All Personal Gifts will refund any postage incurred, and supply you with a GRN (goods return number).

Please do not send back faulty goods without contacting us first. All Personal Gifts will not compensate you for the cost of returning such goods unless you have a GRN.
